  A useless council who aren't interested in proper solutions to issues reported to them. Poor storm water drainage in the street and a horde of peabrain parents from the school that park across residents driveways that the useless council do far too little about.

  I get a ticket for parking in a school drive way when the ticket officer parks half on the foot path in a no parking zone, he approaches the car and presents him self as a rude, short tempered, smart mouth small man who insists that the lack of a "No Parking" sign doesn't mean I can park there! I then asked my daughter to take a photo of his car parked illegally and he starts to photograph her, which is also illegal as she is a minor!

  Very helpful at resolving outcomes favourable to residents. Rates are fair when compared to other councils. A good place to live.

  We had a dog which was registered every year for 15 years. Fees were always paid prior to expiry date. Unfortunately the dog died. So we did not pay the upcoming fees. To my dismay council sent out one of its workers to ask why I hadn't renewed the registration. This was distressing and unnecessary. A posted reminder notice would have been cheaper, than paying a worker to call at my home. The council need to review their procedure in these instances.

  Worst Council. Our street has had no footpath since I moved here 5 years ago. A safety hazard for prams & push bike users. Council replaced footpath in adjoining streets from bitumen to paving but our street (which doesn't even have bitumen footpath) has been ignored. Years of requests/complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This council is a joke. Complete failure at planning. They waste rate payers money.
